Yoga for Athletes. Great for those training for an endurance race or looking to supplement a regular cardio routine? A physically demanding class for athletes to strengthen all muscle groups and build better balance and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow class.This class will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.  This class will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.

LUNA LIGHT HEALTH & HOLISTIC CENTRE

Inclusive Yoga for All Abilities.

This class is extended to two hours to include time to spend more time on certain areas and for questions, making it particularly suitable for those looking to start their yoga journey. Those with a current yoga practice can also benefit by breaking down some of what they’ve already learned to gain even more out of it.
